SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 38 Proposing amendments to                                              
the Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to information                                     
regarding proposed expenditures, was read the third time.                                           
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                                         
JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 38 be held in third reading to the April 8                                     
calendar. Without objection, it was so ordered.
